1. The subject of the order is to plan and conduct an information and promotion campaign using the tools described in point 7 and items 7.1.-7.6. OPZ for projects:
-"Work on the railway line No. 12 on the section Skierniewice-Łukow (C-E20), Bridge on the Vistula";
-"Work on the C-E 20 railway line on the section Czachowek Wschodni-Pilawa-other robots."
2. Under the law The Employer's option provides for conducting information and promoting activities on the terms described in point 7 and in pp. 7.1-7.6. OPZ, including:
a) option No. 1 regarding the implementation of information and promoting activities for the project "Works on the C-E 20 railway line on the Skierniewice section - Wschodni "including modernization of railway line No. 12 on the section Skierniewice - Mszczonow - 0+407 to km 27+950",
b) Option right No. 2 regarding the implementation of information and promoting activities for the project "Works on the C-E 20 railway line on the section Skierniewice-Czachowek Eastern covering the modernization of railway line No. 12 on the Mszczonow - Tarczyn section from km 27+950 to km 49+497 ",
c) Option right No. 3 regarding the implementation of information and promoting activities for the project "Works on the C-E 20 railway line on the section Skierniewice-Czachowek Wschodni" including modernization Kolejowa Line No. 12 on the section Tarczyn - Wschodni Kachowek from km 49+497 to km 63+150 "
3. Individual actions will be carried out each time on behalf of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of the description Subject ... - Documents :
