Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service including the development of an annual action plan, consulting and information and technical support in the ongoing operation of the Małopolska Brand in social media on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. The proposed amount takes into account the budget for the gun configurationń Facebook Ads, necessary to disseminate information about the profile among social network users and acquire active fans.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ, it will be included as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract.bad.
3. The terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
4. The Ordering Party specifies that the performanceThe contractor will be obliged to transfer the copyrights to the completed works to the Ordering Party, in accordance with the contract.
5. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right. The subject of the contract under the option will be implemented from the date of completion of the basic order, but not longerlonger than for a period of 12 months. As part of the option, the Contractor undertakes to provide services in the field of information and technical support in conducting communication on social media channels of the Małopolska Voivodeship on terms and in quantities analogous to those for the basic order.
