Inquiry for the application for the granting of a pollination in the basic mode of the moral negotiations (modeled on Article 275 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law), in the formula design and build for a 40 kW agricultural microbiogas plant - consisting of installing in Article 21 para. 3 point 3 lit. e Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1186 of the northyle) of the micro -installations of agricultural biogas, which is referred to in art. 19 para. 1 of the Act of February 20, 2015 on renewable RDAs energy.
