Description:
Inquiry: trapezoidal delivery for renovation of the 110 A and B reservoirs, in accordance with OPZ (Annex 1). Offers, in accordance with the template of Annex 2 and the assortment and price reform, according to the template of Annex No. 2a. The offer of the contractor is obliged submit the documents indicated in point 9 of the OPZ (Annex 1), i.e.: DEKLACYSAWIA, I/or Characteristics Cards, and/or Technical Card. The following proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. PLN net. The contractor may submit only one -of -one in electronic form, with the valuation of the subject of the contract described in the offer, with the preservation of the deadline. an offer with the lowest price or presenting the more favorable balance of the price and other requirements/criteria described in the Pytoferty The offers of the performance of price negotiations are performed by contractors who have submitted the best offers indispensable rejection. The price of the price must be confirmed in writing by the Contractor.
