POLREGIO S.A. The Podkarpackie plant in Rzeszow invites contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the contract to submit price information in the procedure for the organization of a recreation and sports event combined with a feast for employees of POLREGIO S.A. Podkarpackie plant in Rzeszow. Event: November 29, 2025 LOCATIVE: Object located in Rzeszow or at a distance of up to 15 km from the center of Rzeszow. Production of the offer: 1. The contractor is obliged to prepare a price offer, including the price for one net person, gross and the total price of the offer (net, gross) - with a maximum number of participants, i.e. 200 people.2. The offer must contain the name and location of the object where the feast will take place and two alternative menu proposals - to choose from by the Ordering Party. Offers without the above -mentioned information will not be considered. 3. The Employer allows the possibility of conducting a local vision in the proposed object, after prior telephone arrangement. Local vision may take place after submitting offers, before choosing the best offer. 4. The selection of the best offer will be influenced by both the price and location and the standard of the offered premises and the menu proposals.
