- The subject of the order are inspections of industrial control and automation systems at KPMG Mogilno (Dolne PalΔdzie, 88-300 Mogilno), hereinafter referred to as "the subject of the order".
The subject of the contract includes in particular:
1. Service activities that include:
1.1 Basic works in the following scope planned and preventive operation activities planned:
β’ periodic inspections (preventive maintenance),
β’ Control and assessment of the technical condition,
β’ technical support,
β’ replacement of consumables as part of review works,
β’ as -built documentation (receiving documentation).
1.2 Additional works - optional activities in the scope of unplanned intervention activities for:
β’ repair,
β’ removal of failure,
β’ replacement and development of materials and parts.
2 Delivery of products - these are specified supplies of products (materials / parts / components / devices) for built -up devices and installations covered by the subject of the contract, including:
2.1 Purchase and delivery of the product,
2.2 Product protection and securing,
2.3 transport service to the location of the Ordering Party,
2.4 Conducting the required product documentation for approval.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility exercising the right of options in accordance with the following principles:
1 Service activities covering additional works referred to in point 1.2 and the delivery of the products referred to in point 2 covers the right of options for the Ordering Party, whose implementation depends on the circumstances and constitutes u... - Documents:
