Description: The subject of the contract is the inspection, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and ventilation devices and installations in the military complexes supplied by the 26th Military Economic Department in Zegrze. The list of air-conditioning and ventilation devices covered by the permanent inspection and maintenance service is included in Annex 8 to the draft contract. Detailed terms and conditions of the contract are set out in the draft contract, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The offer must cover the entire subject of the contract. An offer that does not contain the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected. The contracting authority will not demand the submission of the evidence in question.
