Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is a service consisting in the performance of an inspection repair at the P5 level of a small-gauge diesel locomotive type WLS 180 No. 7220 based on the Maintenance System Documentation approved by the President of the Office of Rail Transport. Description of the subject of the valuation.:, 1. Performing the inspection activities described in the Maintenance System Documentation, including in particular: , a) repair damaged and dented front ends under the buffers, eliminate slack and repair the draw hook guides on both sides of the locomotive;, b) perform an inspection of the handbrake, verify and remove the performancejce slack; , c) diagnose the causes of breaking the drive shaft screws. After diagnosing the causes, perform appropriate repairs and remove the cause of breaking the drive shaft screws. Install new sets of screws; d) purchase and replace wheel set rims with new ones (including defect detection tests confirmedappropriate protocol); , e) replace the visor bushings with new ones; , f) Diagnose the causes of the jerking behavior, mainly when driving loosely. After diagnosis, make repairs and remove the causes; , g) replace, on all visas, spring lubricators;, h) perform engine overhaul...
