- 4.3. The order includes: a) preparation of a technical design and delivery as well as construction works for the installation of air conditioning devices operating in selected rooms in the building of the kindergarten and municipal public library in Podegrodzie, Podegrodzie, commune. Podegrodzie plot no. 663/1, 664/1, 665/1, 666/1, 667/1, 668/1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 9, 10.1 and 10.4 to SWZ. The works should be performed in accordance with construction practices, in compliance with Polish Standards and Technical Conditions in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 in regarding the technical conditions that buildings and their location should meet (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1225), all applicable legal provisions and the attached documentation.4.4. Moreover, as part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to perform all work necessary for implementation orders, among others: a) arrange work facilities, b) secure the works in terms of occupational health and safety, this also applies to ensuring the safety conditions of all persons authorized to be on the construction site, c) organize and carry out the necessary tests, examinations and refuse...
