Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of the project titled: "Installation of energy storage facilities in the Nowa Sucha Commune, consisting of: design, obtaining the necessary permits, delivery and construction (installation) in the Nowa Sucha Commune: a) 56 sets of energy storage units with a hybrid inverter on residential buildings ("users", "beneficiaries"), b) 8 sets of energy storage units with a hybrid inverter in public buildings 4.2. The detailed scope of design and implementation guidelines and the scope of technical requirements are specified in annexes no.: a. Functional Program Utility (hereinafter referred to as "PFU") energy storage facilities (Annex 11 to SWZ) 4.3. For the purposes of the proceedings, the Ordering Party does not require an inspection of the places of planned implementation of individual installations. 4.4. The contractor will perform the necessary checks/expert opinions and provide appropriate details model documentation for individual installations, based on our own findings. Based on the description of the subject of the order, including appropriately detailed documentation, the Contractor will obtain the necessary permits, make the required arrangements, and obtain the required administrative or technical approvals. Then, using its own materials, the Contractor will assemble the installation, which means that it will deliver all the necessary installation elements to the site of the planned installation, assemble them and connect them to the existing building installations, perform required...
