Announcement No. 2021 / BZP 00010740/01 of 2021-02-252021-02-25 Bulletin of public procurement announcement - the order is granted in basic mode based on: art. 275 point 1 of the Act - deliveries. The offer should be accompanied by a relevant power of attorney to represent the above-mentioned contractors, which should be granted by them (signed). If the contractors have been selected jointly applying for the award of the contract, the Ordering Party may have a contract for the conclusion of a contract on the public procurement of a copy of the regulatory agreement. Contractors submitting a joint offer shall bear the joint and severity of the Terms of Employment. Each of the performers occurring jointly must persistently show the lack of grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure. A condemnation of jointly applying for the contract by contractors, a statement, aisement in paragraph 5.5.) Of this announcement, shall submit each of the contractors jointly applying for the order.
