- 1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation and performance of construction works consisting of the installation of a fence, construction of a path and irrigation in the Silesian Botanical Garden in Radzionkow, in the "design and build" system.
2. The subject of the order includes in particular:
2.1. development design documentation necessary to obtain a final decision allowing the execution of works and construction supervision;
2.2. obtaining all necessary maps, arrangements, development to the extent necessary to complete the task;
2.3. obtaining a final decision allowing execution works or certificates confirming that there is no need to obtain such a decision;
2.4. surveying services;
2.5. dismantling the fence along with removal and disposal, temporary protection of access to the Garden with a forest net;
2.6. installation of a fence, gate and wicket;
2.7. construction of a hardened dirt path made of aggregate along with the entrance square;
2.8. construction of external irrigation installation;
2.9. carrying out clean-up and restoration works of the area after completion robot.
3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is determined by: order documents within the meaning of Art. 7 point 3 of the Public Procurement Law, including the Specification Conditions Orders together with any changes and explanations thereof (SWZ), prepared in the course of the proceedings and during the term of this contract, and the following documents:
