Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation consisting of two sets of 114 panels with a total power of 38.28 kWp and 36.08 kWp, located on the roof of the building of the Building Social Welfare House in Warsaw, at ul. Elekcyjna 6. The installation is intended to produce electricity for the facility's own needs, taking into account all necessary design, assembly and commissioning works.2. A detailed description and method of implementing the order is included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ) in the form of: 1) Expert opinion regarding the assessment of the possibilities installation of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building of the Social Welfare Home, constituting Annex No. 1A to the SWZ;2) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works constituting Annex No. 1B to the SWZ;3) bills of quantities: PV installation with a capacity of 36.08 kWp, PV installation with a capacity of 38.28 kWp, constituting Annex No. 1C and 1D to the SWZ, and the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
