MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for the award of a contract for "Construction of a street lighting installation on the section along the road from building 503-503A towards building 73C and along the sidewalk from building 503-503Adobudynku36 on the premises of Plant No. 2 of Mesko S.A. in Skarżysko-Kamienna" Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the procedure internal of the Ordering Party. Detailed information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one PDF file. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Tenderer is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 8). Two hand-signed copies of the agreement should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. The Company's purchasing platform is accepted as a tool leading to communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, all correspondence, declarations, applications, notices and other information are submitted by the Ordering Party and the Offeror via the Company's purchasing platform.
