1. Type of contract: Construction works.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the ZO - Bill of Quantities and the contract template (Annex No. 9 to the ZO).3. The procedure covered by this Request for Quotation is marked with the symbol: KNKa11/2025/WNP-019364. Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned designation in all contacts with the Ordering Party.4. Each Contractor may submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Quotation in electronic form.5. The Ordering Party does not allow for submission partial offers. An offer may be submitted only for the full scope of the order.6. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit.7. Contractors receive access to the PKP S.A. Purchasing Platform. after completing the registration process at: https://pkp.eb2b.com.pl. Detailed instructions for submitting offers is available after logging in to the eB2B platform in the "Help" menu.8.
