3. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts:
1)Part 1 - "Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and photovoltaic installations with energy storage for residential buildings"
2)Part 2 - "Delivery and installation of heat pump installations for residential buildings"
4.Part I of the order "Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations and photovoltaic installations with energy storage for residential buildings":
a. the entire task, i.e. the scope of work carried out in the communes of Lądek, Ostrowite, Strzałkowo, includes works that will be carried out in the design and build formula, related to:
- development of comprehensive, multi-discipline design documentation, including all works specified in the functional and utility program in the scope of delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and photovoltaic installations with energy storage for residential buildings,
- execution photovoltaic installation or photovoltaic installation with energy storage,
- performing additional work specified in the functional and utility program
in the scope of delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and photovoltaic installations with energy storage for buildings residential.
b.The cost of design documentation cannot exceed more than 4% of construction costs.
