Description:
Insulation, renovation and replacement of the roof covering in the building of the Rural Community Center (a branch of the municipal library in Branice) and the Volunteer Fire Department in Bliszczyce. The subject of the task is the thermal modernization and renovation of a public utility building with the function of a village community center and Volunteer Fire Department located on plot No. 420/4 in the town Bliszczyce 112, Gubczyce district. Due to the fact that the buildings are located on the border of the plot and the insulation layer and the renovated stairs extend beyond the border of plot No. 420/4, the scope of the study also includes road plot No. 809, which is the property of the Commune. The investor has the appropriate consents. Within The work also includes replacement of the roof covering, replacement of vertical and horizontal lightning protection systems, replacement of window sills, flashings, gutters and downpipes, replacement of entrance doors, repairs of the firewall, renovation of stairs with replacement of balustrades, installation of air conditioners and installation of a photovoltaic system. on the roof of the building.
