Description:
1. The subject of the order is insurance of communication risks of selected organizational units of the Municipality of Krakow.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template (including annexes No. 1, 2 and 3), constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ and Annex No. 11 to the SWZ (loss ratio - 2 files).
The justification for not dividing the contract into lots is indicated in point 3.5. SWZ.
4. The ordering party does not require the execution of the contract by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of art. 94 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act.
5. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act, requires the Contractor (or subcontractor) to employ a person during the execution of the order on the basis of employment relationship to perform the activities specified in § 10 section 1 of the contract template (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ), in accordance with the principles set out in § 10 section 1-6 of the contract template (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ). Performing the activities specified above involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended).
