Description:
1. The subject of the order are the Ordering Party's property and civil liability insurance services in the scope of: a) property insurance against fire and other accidental events, b) property insurance against theft, burglary and robbery, c) property insurance against devastation, d) insurance of glass and other items glass against breakage, e) insurance of electronic equipment (including medical equipment) against material damage, f) insurance of the costs of restoring data contained in data sets, costs of restoring programs and the costs of replaceable data carriers, g) civil liability insurance for business activity and owned property, h) compulsory civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activities in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of April 19, 2019, i) motor insurance (OC, AC, KR, NNW, ASSISTANCE), j) consequences insurance unfortunate accidents among children and young people2.
