Description:
1. The subject of the order is insurance of the Ordering Party's vehicles in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, with the option to purchase insurance for up to 10 vehicles during the contract period.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 3. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide protection insurance, issuing policies (confirmation certificates) for one-year or shorter (short-term contracts) insurance coverage periods. 4. Risks against which the Ordering Party's vehicles will be insured: a) mandatory civil liability insurance of the owner of a motor vehicle; b) insurance Auto windows; c) compulsory Third Party Liability insurance of the owner of a motor vehicle outside Poland, Green Card; d) auto insurance; e) Assistance insurance; f) accident insurance for drivers and passengers. There is a list of risks for each vehicle specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the List of Vehicles). 5.
