Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the insurance of the property and civil liability of selected organizational units of the Krakow Municipality. The subject of the order consists of the following parts:
1.1. Part 1 of the order - civil liability insurance of the City of Krakow Roads andMunicipal Greenery Board in Krakow;
1.2. Part 2 of the order - property insurance for the Roads of the City of Krakow (excluding engineering facilities - bridges, viaducts, flyovers, tunnels);
1.3. part 3 orders - property insurance of the Road Administration of the City of Krakow (engineering facilities - bridges, viaducts,flyover, tunnels).
2. The contractor may submit an offer for one or two or three parts of the order specified in point 1 above. The contracting authority informs that for each part of the order, a separate contract with the Contractor will be concluded, whose offer will be considered the most advantageous.
3. Detailed descriptionThe subject of the contract includes:
3.1. For part 1 of the contract - a template of the contract (together with Annex 1), constituting Annex 9A to SWZ and Annex 10 to SWZ (containing: ZDMK and ZZM harmness; Information and tasks of ZDMK and ZZM, and information about other units and departments of the Nicolaus Copernicus University);
3.2.Part 2 of the order - a template of the contract (together with Annex 1), constituting Annex 9B to SWZ and Annex 11 to SWZ [containing: ZDMK harm; Technical data of WO EIB IWO facilities (ZDMK building statistics); description of the EIB (Iwo EIB) reproductive value indicator; List of buildings and buildingsZDMK ...
