Description:
1. The subject of the order is insurance of property, civil liability and other interests of the Jordanów Commune. The scope of insurance includes: Scope No. 1 property insurance against all risks. Scope No. 2 civil liability insurance. Scope No. 3 motor insurance NOTE: a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. Conditions regarding the Mutual Insurance Company1) The ordering party will not be obliged to become a member of the Mutual Insurance Company.2) The ordering party will not be obliged to become a member of the Mutual Insurance Company. will not be obliged to participate in covering the loss of the Mutual Insurance Company by paying an additional insurance premium throughout the entire order execution period, in accordance with Art. 111 section 2 of the Act of September 11, 2015 on activities insurance and reinsurance (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1130, as amended).3) The premium assigned to the Ordering Party during the order execution period is 10% of the premium assigned to the society for persons who are not members of the society, in accordance with Art. 111 section 3 of the Act of September 11, 2015 on insurance and reinsurance activities (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1130, as amended
