Description:
1. The subject of the order is property, liability and communication insurance of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne w Siedlce Sp. z o. o.
The order was divided into two parts:
Part I: Property and liability insurance.
Part II: Insurance communication.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the following annexes to the SWZ (confidential, available at the contractor's request):
1) Annex No. 2 - Detailed description of the subject of the order, containing obligatory and optional conditions and provisions regarding parts I and 2nd order;
2) Annex No. 2A - Risk assessment information regarding parts I and II of the order;
3) Annex No. 2B - Property register, regarding parts And orders;
133 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, due to protection confidential nature of the information contained in the SWZ, it was divided into a part containing public information and a part containing confidential information. The confidentiality clause covers the Annexes constituting the description of the subject of the contract, listed in detail in point 2. The non-confidential part of the SWZ is available on the website of the ongoing proceedings.
