Description:
1) The subject of the order is the provision of insurance services for the Sports and Recreation Center (OSiR) in Olsztyn, divided into 3 parts: - Part No. 1 - Civil liability insurance service for OSiR in Olsztyn for its activities and property ownership, as well as fire insurance for OSiR's property and other random events, from burglary and robbery, windows and glass elements from breaking, electronic equipment from all risks, construction/municipal machines from all risks.2) The detailed scope and method of execution of the order for part No. 1 is included in the description of the subject of the order constituting Attachment No. 1 to SWZ.3) The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Attachment No. 5a to SWZ.
