- 1. The subject of the order is the insurance service of the Bytom Commune (Municipal Office and organizational and dependent units of the Commune) divided into three parts:
1)Part 1 - Bytom Commune - covers the insurance service of the Bytom Commune (the Municipal Office and organizational and dependent units of the Commune) in scope:
a) property insurance against fire and other accidental events,
b) property insurance against burglary and robbery,
c) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,
d) accident insurance,
e) civil liability insurance.
Ordering Party in in connection with art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the right of option. A detailed description of the options can be found in the draft contractual provisions.
2)Part 2 Bytomskie Mieszkanie - covers the insurance service of the Bytomskie Mieszkanie budget unit in the scope of:
a) property insurance against fire and others random events,
b) property insurance against burglary and robbery,
c) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,
d)insurance civil liability of the real estate manager.
441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the right of option. Detailed description options is included in the draft contractual provisions.
3)Part 3 - Motor insurance - covers the insurance service of the Bytom Commune (Office Municipal and organizational units and subsidiaries of the Commune) in the field of motor insurance.
