- 1. The subject of the fall is to ensure insurance protection, in the period from 21.08.2025 to 20.08.2028, except that the Ordering Party will sign the contract for the period from 21.08.2025 to 20.08.2027. The period from 21.08.2027 to 20.08.2028 applies to Insurance protection granted to the insured who applied for T protection on the last day of the contract (20.08.2027) for a period of 1 year, i.e. until 20.08.2028.2. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is included in the SWZ.3. The ordering entity guarantees the Contractor the implementation of the removal for the value not smaller than 75% of the value indicated in para. 1 of the contract. The ordering reserves the right to fail to realize the basic pollination and the pollination devoted by the right options. The Contractor will not come out in relation to the ordering of any claims on this title. 4. Ordering not requires personal performance by Contractor of key tasks. 5. The contractor may entrust the worship of the subcontractor.
