Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of the Integrated ERP IT System for managing the HR, payroll and financial accounting areas for the Supreme Administrative Court and 16 Provincial Administrative Courts, together with the Warranty Service and Author's Supervision.
Implementation the system includes in particular the following Stages: Stage 0, Stage I, Stage II

Procedure for granting the public procurement in question is conducted in an open tender procedure, in compliance with the rules set out in Chapter 3, Section 2 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" in the content of the SWZ.
