• The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of the Integrated ERP IT System for managing the HR, payroll and financial accounting areas for the Supreme Administrative Court and 16 Provincial Administrative Courts, along with the Website. Warranty and Author's Supervision. The implementation of the system includes in particular the following Stages: Stage 0, Stage I, Stage II Integrated ERP IT System for managing the HR, payroll and financial and accounting areas for the Supreme Court Administrative Court and 16 Provincial Administrative Courts along with the Warranty Service and Author's Supervision The procedure for awarding the public procurement in question is conducted in the form of an open tender, in accordance with the principles set out in Chapter 3, Section 2 of the Act. of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" in the content of the SWZ. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the EU threshold referred to in Art. 3 section 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
