The competition is conducted in the procedure of a limited and two -stage competition. submit applications for admission to the competition in accordance with the provisions of Chapter IV of the Regulations within the time limit specified in the schedule Competition; - The organizer allows you to participate in the competition and invites to submit studies of competition participants meeting the objective requirements specified by the organizer set out in Chapter IV of the Regulations. Studies by participants of the competition invited to submit studies on the basis of applications for admission within the time limit specified in the competition schedule.
