- The subject of the offer is an Internet access service with accompanying services described in the detailed description of the subject of the order: Required service parameters: guaranteed bandwidth of 10 Gbit in both directions (symmetric) provided by two independent optical paths Β· end connection with fiber optic contact Β· fiber optic connection to the building Β· response time no more than 2 hours Β· repair time no more than 6 hours Β· pool of no less than 12 public, routable IP addresses (IPv4) - maintaining the existing ones by the Ordering Party of IP addresses Β· the operator will not apply blocking or speed limiting, Β· the operator will guarantee the reliability of the port operation (Internet access) at the level of 99.5% Β· Internet access service period: from May 1, 2026 down April 30, 2029 Β· the period of the service of a permanent data connection between the registered office of the Ordering Party and the Mental Health Clinic located at ul. FordoΕska 246 in Bydgoszcz: from February 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029 Β· permanent 1GBit connection between the premises the Ordering Party and the Mental Health Clinic located at ul.
