I. Description of the subject of the order:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of intravenous desmopressin together with an administration set.
2. Quantity to be purchased: 2,800 ampoules
3. Proportions dawek: according to SWZ.
4. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law. The contracting authority may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it.
5. The Ordering Party reserves the rightreducing the purchase of a medicinal product, but not more than by 20% of the total subject of the order, if the amount allocated for the execution of the order is exceeded or objective and justified needs arise, in particular changes in patient demand.
6. order mustbe implemented in accordance with the requirements of the description of the subject of the contract specified in the Specification of Terms of Contract (SWZ) and under the conditions specified in the Draft Provisions of the Contract (PPU), which constitute an annex to the SWZ.
