Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of intravenous deesmopressin to secure the continuity of patients with mild hemophilia A, mild forms of von Willebrand disease and innate plate hemorrhagic diathesis, with the category of accessibility of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to those indicated by the National Center(hereinafter NCK) direct recipients - regional blood donation and blood -blooded centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of intravenous desmopressinprotection of the continuity of treatment of patients with mild hemophilia A, mild forms of von Willebrand disease and innate plate hemorrhagic spots, with the category of accessibility of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to the direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - regional centersBlood donation and blood -treatment (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of SWZ.
2. Total number (purchase size): 3,600 ampoules.
3. Dose proportions in each delivery - according to SWZ.
4. Intravenous desmopressin must be supplied with a set that allows it to be given.
5.
