Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery and launch of a new digital X -ray apparatus with installation works necessary to connect the camera. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the statement of technical and utility parameters constituting Annex 2 and Annex No. 2a to SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions described in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to SWZ. 4. The offered subject of the contract is to be factory -new produced in 2025, not release, which is not a "demo" apparatus - Complete and ready for use without any additional investment purchases.
The ordering party in order to familiarize the Contractors with occurring conditions In the facility he will conduct a local vision on September 16 and 18, 2025, at 12:00, meeting place: Warsaw at ul. Sosnowskiego 18 (by X -ray registration, first floor). The vision is optional (optional), notifications of participation in the vision, please send at least 1 day before the start date to the email address: Zamnezenia@szpzlo-ochota.pl
The contracting authority informs that it will not answer the questions of the contractors, asked during local vision. Each Contractor may apply to the Ordering Party for clarification of SWZ content, in accordance with the provisions of art. 284 para. 1 of the Act.
