Description:
Purchase and delivery of a loader with a digging attachment, including the delivery of a brand new loader with a digging attachment, without any physical or legal defects. The vehicle must meet the requirements specified in the SWZ and have all the documents necessary to complete it re-registration and admission of the vehicle to traffic, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Republic of Poland (including registration certificate, vehicle card, plates, sales invoice).2) The contractor will guarantee service available at a distance of up to 60 km from registered office of the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order (technical data, equipment elements) is attached as Annex No. 1A to SWZ.3) The minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party for the entire subject of the order, counted from the date of the protocol acceptance of the subject of the order is 36 months. In addition, the Contractor will provide a warranty for the subject of delivery within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code for a period corresponding to the warranty period.
