- Description:
- The subject of the order is investor supervision over the implementation of the task called Reconstruction and expansion of Fabryczna Street and reconstruction of Przemysowa Street in Chemie together with accompanying infrastructure. The scope of work for which investor supervision will be established includes construction works in the scope of: a) road industry;b) electrical industry, specializing in installation in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and devices;c) sanitary industry, specializing in installation in the field of heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage networks, installations and devices;d) industry teletechnical installation specializing in the field of networks, installations and telecommunications devices. The description of the subject of the order over which the investor's supervision will be exercised is included in the design documentation - Annex No. 7 to SWZ. The contractor is obliged to complete the order within 8 months from the date of signing the contract and no later than July 15, 2026. The date of commencement of the implementation of the subject of the contract cannot be earlier than the moment of handing over the construction site to the contractor construction.
