Investor supervision of the Project Engineer over the implementation Project titled: "Improving flood safety by modernizing the embankments of the Vistula, Gostynka and Mleczna rivers in the Bieruń-Lędziny district and the city of Tychy" The subject of the order includes the Project Engineer's supervision over the implementation Project titled "Improvement of flood safety by modernizing the embankments of the Vistula, Gostynka and Mleczna rivers in the Bieruń-Lędziny district and the city of Tychy" during the period of construction works, supplies and services, including settlement material and financial reporting of works, supplies and services performed, geological and surveying services and service reporting. Investor Supervision is to be carried out taking into account the contract(s) with the contractor(s) of construction works, his/her price offer and Documentation Design (DP), Specification of the Principles of Operation of the Project Engineer (SZD), Detailed Technical Specification - Surveying Investment Service (OGI IP), General Technical Specification (ST) as well as Detailed Technical Specifications for execution and acceptance works (SST), Description of the Subject of the Contract for Construction Works (OPZ), as part of the Project in question. . The Ordering Party provides for an Option Right, which entitles it to extend the period of the Engineer's supervision over construction works, indicated in §55 section 2 Agreements, for a maximum of 10 months.
