- The subject of the order is investor supervision of the road industry in the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of a pedestrian road and a bicycle path along the district road No. 1087R Jeowe Wola Raniowska on the section bordering the Rzeszow poviat and the Nowy Nart poviat. The subject of the order is payment by In the implementation of the above-mentioned task, the Contractor will perform the duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector in the full scope of activities specified in the provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1080, as amended). The Supervision Inspector is the representative of the Ordering Party towards the Contractor of construction works, within the limits of its authorization specified in the contract. The supervision inspector should cooperate with the Ordering Party, ensuring efficient service for the implementation of the task in accordance with the design documentation and construction permit. The duties of the Supervision Inspector are specified in detail in the draft contract, Annex No. 7.
