• 1. The subject of the order is the service of comprehensive investor supervision over the implementation of the task (investment) called Reconstruction of sanitary rooms in the Technical and Service School Complex. Jana Pawa II in Tarnowskie Gry (Location: Tarnowskie Gry, ul. Pokoju 14) covering: 1) coordination and supervision over the implementation of the task (investment) in order to effectively enforce the contractor's requirements regarding the quality of workmanship, implementation costs and compliance with the design documentation and the issued decision allowing carrying out the works, 2) performing the function of the Investor's Supervision Inspector, by a person or a team of persons with unlimited construction qualifications to manage construction works in the following specialties: a) construction and construction, who will perform the function Supervision inspector and Head of the team of supervision inspectors, b) installation in the field of heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage networks, installations and devices, c) installation in the field of electrical networks, installations and devices power engineering, within the meaning of the provisions of construction law, over the implementation of construction works performed by the Contractor...
