1. The subject of the contract is: investor supervision and financial and material settlement - the function of engineer in the performance of the order entitled "Expansion of provincial road No. 820 from km 0+000 to km 19+050" .2. The scope of supervised works includes:
The subject of the investment is the expansion of voivodship road No. 820 from km 0+000 to km 19+050 together with the construction and expansion of engineering facilities and the protection or extension of foreign devices colliding with the road and engineering facilities being built. The section of voivodship road No. 820 intended for expansion is located in the commune of Sosnowica, Parczewski poviat and in the Ludwin commune, Łęczyński poviat, Lubelskie Voivodeship. 3. 4. The engineer's duties:
4.1) Stage - I - stage of implementation of construction works, including supervision over the investment in accordance with the construction law, contract with the general contractor and investment management, preparation of documentation for settlements material and financial as well as verification, analysis and assessment of multi-branch building documentation (architectural and construction projects, executive projects, technical projects, replacement projects, technical specifications of the implementation and acceptance of works)
Stage II - means supervision over the realized Investment in the warranty period and guarantees, including comprehensive investment inspections at least 2 times a year (in the month of April and September) and preparing from these reviews of reports and protocols and delivering their project manager, the Department of the ZDW bridges in Lublin (if concerned), Rej ...
