Description:
The subject of the fall is the removal of investor supervision to the extent resulting from art. 25, 26 and 27 of the Act of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725 of the north amended) over construction works carried out as part of the Public Class Revitalization of the former team area Dworskie Podzamcze, which is co-financed from the RODKW RODKW Program for the Reconstruction of the Monuments. Supervision will include in specialties: construction and construction and in the installation specialty in the field of networks, installations and electrical and power equipment. The contractor will be supervisory construction (in progress) in such time departures that it was provided with effective supervision. The contractor is obliged to organize and participate, if necessary, in coordination meetings falling on working days during the working hours of the Office.
