Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of an investor supervision service for the investment task, which consists of the following construction contracts (described in detail in point 2.2.2 OPZ - volume III SWZ):
1) Construction contract no including:
• Basic scope - section A from km 47,000 to km 69,242, including:
- Railway line No. 106 on the section Jasło - Jasło Towarowa from km 67,800 to km designed 70,483;
- railway line No. 618 on the section Jasło Towarowa - Sobniow from km 2.623 to km 3.020 and from km 4.171 to km 4.471;
• Option right No. 1 - Section B from km 69,242 to km 72,100;
• Option right No. 2 - section B from km 69,242 to km 72,100 construction works on an existing trail;
• Option right No. 3 - construction works at the Jasło station from km 43,480 to km 47,000;
• Option right No. 4 - section C from km 72,100 to km 116,200, including:
- railway line no 617 on the section Zagorz R46 - Zagorz R101 from km 0.150 to km of f. 0.631;
-Kolejowa NO 107 on the section Nowy Zagorz -Zagorz from km -0.143 to km 0.997;
2) Construction contract no.
