Description:
1. The subject of the pollination is the removal of the current of the investor's supervision inspector in the scope of supervising, control and settlement of construction works. 2. The order includes the investor's supervisor over the task entitled Expansion of poviat road No. 1652K in quiet locations, in specialty(taken): 1) road, 2) electric, 3) telecommunications. 3. The Ordering Party requires the stay (physical) of the investor supervision inspector of the coordinator in a road specialty at the construction site at least 2 hours a week, which is the time by the contractor increased by 1 or 2 hours. 4.The correct implementation of the obligations resulting from the supervision of MOE requires from the investor supervision inspector to stay at the construction site during the soul time than the one who indicates in the offer form. In this case, the Contractor will not try the claim for additionalremuneration.
