Description:
The scope of operation of the SWD PRM system and radio communication for the Medical Rescue Teams of the SP ZOZ Ambulance Station in Gdańsk includes: 1) Acting as the administrator of the SWD PRM system, 2) Ensuring 24/7 service support for reports within the SWDPRM system in order to maintain uninterrupted operation of the SWD PRM system, including: a) removing a system failure immediately, no later than 3 hours from reporting, b) application and hardware failure in places where emergency medical teams are stationed and ambulances, within no more than 12 hours from reporting, 3) Updating the system and software, applications installed on tablets and equipment at the place where medical rescue teams are stationed - within no more than 24 hours, 4) Monitoring and supervising the condition of the installed ICT equipment of medical rescue teams for the efficient operation of the Support System State Emergency Medical Command, 5) Supervising the proper functioning of equipment, maintaining, modifying, repairing and updating, diagnosing and solving computer network problems, removing equipment failures tele...
