Description:
After receiving a report from tenants of the Jelenia Gora Zachodnia station about leaks in the roofing, an inspection was carried out. It was noticed that it was necessary to carry out work on several roof slopes. Roof over commercial premises: Partial roof repair, including renovation of the roof covered with felt felt, roof covering heat-sealable felt, approx. 122 m2, processing of the wall with heat-sealable felt on a flat roof. Roof above the residential premises: processing of the wall and chimney with heat-weldable felt, covering the roof with heat-weldable felt approx. 60 m2, finishing the ridge with heat-weldable felt (works with scaffolding). Sloping tin roof over a residential premises: sealing of chimney flashings, installation of a roof hatch (work from a lift). The work is necessary due to flooding of tenants' rooms and visible dampness in the roof structure. The tin roof is leaking where the electrical installation enters the building, which poses a real fire hazard. Temporarily, this place was secured by employees of the Property Maintenance Team until the proper renovation was carried out. Roof repair works were included in the plan by the NR Wałbrzych District renovations for 2025. The renovation of the roofing was also included in the recommendations in the report on the periodic annual inspection of the technical condition and suitability for use of April 26, 2024.
