Description:
After receiving a report from the tenant of the warehouse premises at the Jelenia Góra Sobieszów station about roof leaks, an inspection was carried out. It was found that repair work should be carried out, including: one-time covering with heat-sealable felt on part of the slope roof, construction of new gutters on the side of the station square and the tracks along with painting the gutter strips and wind braces, replacement of damaged downpipes, treatment with heat-welded felt on the wall connecting the warehouse building with the station building, execution of heat-welded roofing felt at the chimneys. Roof repair was included by the Wałbrzych NR District in the renovation plan for 2025. In the recommendations contained in the protocol from the periodic annual inspection of the technical condition and suitability for use of April 26, 2024 included the need to repair the roofing and replace gutters and downspouts. The work is necessary to ensure favorable business conditions for the long-term tenant storage rooms. Record number: AU-020427
