Description:
After receiving a report from tenants of the Jelenia Góra Zachodnia station about leaks in the roofing, an inspection was carried out. It was noticed that it was necessary to carry out work on several roof slopes. Roof over commercial premises: Partial roof repair including renovation of a roof covered with roofing felt, covering the roof with heat-sealable felt, approx. 122 m2, processing the wall with heat-sealable felt on a flat roof. Roof over the residential premises: processing the wall and chimney with thermally weldable felt, covering the roof with felt heat-weldable approx. 60 m2, processing the ridge with heat-weldable felt (works from scaffolding). Sloping tin roof over a residential premises: sealing of chimney flashings, installation of a roof hatch (work from a lift). It is necessary to carry out the work due to flooding of tenants' rooms and visible dampness in the roof structure. The tin roof is leaky where the electrical installation enters the building, which poses a real fire hazard. This place remained for the time being secured by employees of the Property Maintenance Team until the proper renovation is completed. Roof repair works were included by the Wałbrzych NR District in the renovation plan for 2025. Roof renovation was also included in the recommendations in the report on the periodic annual inspection of technical condition and suitability for use of April 26, 2024. Record number: AU-020430
