- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of physical protection services for persons and property for selected units of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, divided into 8 tasks:
Task No. 1: Personal and property protection service for the Regional Development Agency "ARLEG" S.A.
Detailed scope and method of order execution are specified in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as IPU), constituting Annex No. 7.1 to this SWZ and Annex No. 1 to the IPU - Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ). A detailed list of hours is attached as Annex 2 to the IPU.
Task No. 2: Protection of persons and property for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Office Services of the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
The detailed scope and method of execution of the order are specified in the Material Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 7.2 to this SWZ and Annex No. 1 to the IPU - Description of the Subject of the Order. A detailed list of hours is provided in Annex No 2 to IPU.
