Description:
The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the buildings of the Catering School Complex along with changes in land development elements as part of the task: WPF (UE) Katowice Clean Air. Thermal modernization of the building of the Catering School Complex. The project includes: execution of construction works in the field of insulation of walls near the ground, walls from the inside (segment A) and facades from the outside (segment B and C), roof and flat roof, basement floors and floors on the ground, replacement of external window joinery and door. The sanitary installation works will include modernization of the heat source, modernization of the central heating installation with the replacement of radiators and installation of a heating circuit distributor with fittings, modernization of the hot water installation. utility room with replacement of the circulation pump, as well as installed mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. The building will be equipped with a photovoltaic installation, supporting the building's power system, located on the roof of the building. In terms of installation electricity, it was planned to replace the lighting with energy-saving ones. The building will have its raster and fluorescent fixtures replaced with light sources...
