Description:
The subject of the order is a comprehensive thermal modernization of the building of the School Complex No. 2. Jarosaw Iwaszkiewicz - Vocational and Continuing Education Center as part of the task: WPF (EU) Katowice Clean Air. Thermal modernization of the building of the School Complex No. 2 in Katowice. The project involves the execution of works construction in the scope of replacing the structure and roof covering, insulating walls near the ground, external facade, roof and flat roof, replacing external windows and doors. As part of the sanitary installation works, the central heating installation will be modernized including replacement of radiators and installation of a heating circuit distributor with fittings, modernization of the hot utility water installation with replacement of the circulation pump, as well as installed mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. The building will be equipped with a photovoltaic installation, supporting the power system building, located on the roof of the building. In terms of the electrical installation, the lighting was planned to be replaced with energy-saving ones.
