Description:
1. The contract award procedure is conducted as an open tender based on the "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A." , adopted for application by Resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of August 1, 2023 (does not apply provisions of the Public Procurement Law).2. Type of order: construction work.3. The subject of the order is: "Katowice ul. Gliwicka 12b - office building - Adaptation of bathrooms in the building to applicable regulations along with a comprehensive replacement of devices and fittings and roof renovation", divided into 2 Tasks.4. The procedure covered by this SWZ is marked with the symbol: KFZ/2025/WNP-018475, Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned marking in all contacts with the Ordering Party.5. Each Contractor may submit only one offer, prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ (the offer must be submitted electronically, in the manner indicated in Chapter V of the SWZ).6. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers. Every Contractor may submit an offer, in accordance with its own choice, for one or more Tasks from among the Tasks indicated below: 1) Task No. 1 - Adaptation of bathrooms and toilet rooms to applicable regulations along with a comprehensive replacement of devices and fittings in the building office in Katowice ul.
